Net-Cabinet is a program that creates and maintains a database of documents. It organizes them in such a manner that they are easy to find, but that's not all that it does. The program has a server component and a client component. After you install the server component on a computer, the utility makes all the documents added to the database available to any computer connected to your local network (with the help of the client component).
